Personal Information

Your personal information ie: name and email address are collected and used by us for future promotions regarding our services. You can at any time remove yourself by click remove from the emails you get sent.

Your personal information ie: name and email address will not be shared with third parties, given or sold. We are against spam and hold our customers with high value.

The personal information you give us regarding the recipient will not be used after the Birthday date. 48 hours after their Birthday their page will be down and any information we have will be archived but not used. They will not be on any sort of list, receive promotional emails, sold or given to third parties.

We are not held liable for you giving us anybodys details, even though we will not use them in any other way than stated, you are taking full responsability when purchasing a Birthday Wish and agree to our terms and conditions.

The Page

In purchasing a special Birthday Wish you are giving somebody their own Birthday Wish Web page. They will receive an email on that day with a link back to our site telling them that somebody has sent a special wish and that they have their own Birthday square which they need to find. Although this page is a personal wish you need to be aware that the page can be found and seen by the general public. Although the square and web page is their own special wish others can click through the squares and view others special wishes.

Things you need to be aware of due to this:

Images

Images must be uploaded at no more than 50kb in size and if possible keep them to 250x250. Images must not contain any form of bad taste, nudity, violence or anything which could be deemed as inappropriate or copyrighted. We have the right to not display an image at our descretion and anything over the image limit will be dropped from our server and replaced by a default birthday image.

When uploading images please be aware that the Birthday pages are not private and can be seen by the general public. If you are hesitant or unsure about uploading a certain image like somebodies child then don't.

When you upload an image you are taking full responsability for this upload and we are using it with your consent. If we are asked to remove any images by the recipient we will comply and they will see our terms and conditions which you agree to.

Remember! Anybody can see these pages.

We are not held liable for your uploaded content and in purchasing a Birthday Wish you agree to our terms and conditions.

Video

If using video on your page you will be directed to our recording software. You will need to select video and record. When your recording is finished and you are happy with it, simply confirm this and it is complete.

Videos must be no longer than 1 minute in length. You are not permited to use this recording software for anything inappropriate. Nudity, violence, racism will not be accepted. Keep your jokes clean and of good taste.

When uploading a video you take full responsibility of the content and we are using it with your consent. If we receive complaints and feel it is neccassery, we will remove it from our server.

Payment and refunds

We charge an extremely small fee for such a huge service. You wont find anything else like this on the net!

Once a booking has been made you then own that square for that day. We don't issue refunds unless there are issues regarding double bookings. If you feel you deserve a refund you must contact us and have a good strong reason which we would take into considoration.

No refunds will be issued if the recipiant didn't check their email on that day. We have stated that although they will receive an email from us on their birthday they may not check their mail on that day. We strongly recommend that you also contact that person to get them to check their mail or simply send them to www.wishahappybirthday.com. The service you are paying for is a personal Birthday Square and an email notification. If the they miss their Birthday Square they still have it to view in archive for one day only, you will find this in yesterdays tab.

It is not our job to make sure they view the square and in purchasing a Birthday Wish you fully understand that there are no refunds if they miss it on either of the days.
