You cannot place bookings less than 48hrs before the chosen date. Only place an order if it is 48hrs before the Birthday. Example: if todays date is 10th of september, you can only book for birthdays on or after the 12th september.

When choosing options 2 and 3, you will need a mic for audio or webcam for video. You can also upload a pre recorded video. No larger than 100mb and 1 minute in length.

Not everybody checks emails daily. Even though we send an email to the Birthday girl/boy on their Birthday inviting them to come and find their square they may not check their email on that day. We do keep one day in archive for this reason, you will find this in 'yesterdays' tab. However we do also suggest you text or email that person yourself on that day. Simply send them to www.wishahappybirthday.com to find their special Birthday square.
